Application Review
Our team carefully reviews each application to understand your experience, skills, and interest in the role. If your background aligns with what we are looking for, our Recruiter will reach out with next steps.
- Stage 2
Recruiter Conversation
Our Recruiters will schedule a short conversation to learn more about your experience and career goals. You will also have the chance to ask questions and learn more about the role and Impruvon.
- Stage 3
The Role in Practice
You will meet with Chad, our COO, who has carried product prioritization to date and would hand that ownership to you. This is the most candid conversation in the process: what the job actually looks like, what is working, what is not, and how you think about tradeoffs. Come with questions.
- Stage 4
Product and Engineering Partnership
You will meet with Jon, our VP of Engineering, to talk through how Product and Engineering would work together. We have not prescribed that model, so this is a real conversation rather than an orientation. Expect to get into sequencing, scope, technical constraints, and how you like to partner with engineers day to day.
- Stage 5
Product Exercise and Discussion
We will send you a real Impruvon tradeoff a few days ahead: one quarter of capacity, several competing priorities, and no clean answer. You will present your recommendation to a small group including Chad and Jon, and then we will dig into it together.

- Stage 6
Vision and Mutual Fit
The final conversation is with Justin, our co-founder and CEO, who this role reports to. You will talk about where Impruvon is headed, what he is looking for in a product partner, and whether this is the right fit in both directions.
